Did you know that you can receive a generous grant for management development in your organisation?
The criteria are simple, the process straightforward, and it’s available right now!
One grant available per organisation up-to a maximum of £1,000 (exclusive of VAT)
The purpose of the grant is to help senior management improve their management skills, performance and goals.
Criteria:
There are between 5 – 250 employees in your organisation.
The beneficiary of the grant must be a strategic manager, a business owner, or anyone senior who reports to board level.
The beneficiary of the grant must come from an EU country or be an EU resident for 3 years.
A London postcode – (within M25).
Process:
Meet with a Leadership and Management Specialist Advisor to complete an eligibility form and produce an individual needs analysis and personal development plan.
This takes about 30 minutes.
Your adviser will take you through the claims process, which is simply:
- Receive funding agreement letter in the post, with a unique reference number
- Fill in short claim form with this unique reference number
- Receive invoice from your supplier
- Invoice grant provider for the grant (you cannot invoice VAT)
- The grant is transferred by BACS to your bank account, within 30 days
- Book your coaching!
- Complete a brief, one-off feedback form by email
Examples of how you can use the Grant:
£500 of coaching – a full grant, nothing to add
£1,000 of coaching – £750 is the grant amount, you pay the additional £250
£1,500 of coaching – £1,000 is the grant amount, you pay the additional £500
