It doesn’t have to be OK

In a recent coaching session my client was worrying about a move she had just made and the disruption it brought to her life. What with getting used to her new environment, the new people she was dealing with each day and other changes.

When suddenly she stopped, sat back and light-heartedly said: “It’s OK that things might not be OK in the beginning.”

With that approach we can manage changes in our lives with greater ease.

Personally, I found her comment very useful and know that we can all apply it in our own lives.
