To live a life of luxury or to have a successful business seems to be many people’s dream. Although some people invest in their time to chase after their dreams and aspirations, others wait in vain in the hope that someday the dream will find its way to them.

What many of those who anxiously stand by the sidelines, watching successes and opportunities pass by, do not realise is that they themselves already possess within them a great resource, a gift or talent, that when expanded on, has the potential to take them down the path to fulfilling their dreams.

As an executive coach, I have guided many senior executives to dig deep within to discover their gift, their special talent. And once found, they happily realise that accomplishing their dream is a journey that is not necessarily too far away.
