By now, many of us have set our personal ‘once a year’ goals, get excited about them and then file them away and forget all about them; until the following year where we perform the ritual all over again.
Most, if not all, professional companies also set yearly goals and budgets. The difference though is that they constantly review and measure the progress towards their attainment. And when they are off track, they adjust their actions accordingly to get them back on the correct path to success.

Through executive coaching, a professional and personal goal-balance can be created, which will allow you success in both worlds.
By setting and following specific actions plans with your coach, you will head in the appropriate direction, and you will regularly track your progress towards achieving your personal year’s goals.
If there is a question that you can ask your coach to help you in attaining your goals, what would that question be?
