A question my clients often ask me is, “Do I have to believe my thoughts for them to become a reality?”
In other words, if you say, “I’m just not good enough. I can’t make my sales quota this month,” do you have to believe that for it to manifest in your life?
The answer is no.
You might say that you are not good enough in the spur of a weak moment. Yet, when you fire that thought with emotion, and you repeat it on many other faint and vulnerable moments, this thought will grow and become a belief.
And this belief will make a strong impression on your unconscious mind, and it will be your reality whether you consciously believe it or not.
Be cautious with your thoughts for they may be your reality.
