Have That Winning Feeling, Every Day
A particular method that I call ‘consideration’ has become a part of my life. And after ten years, I still do it. Without fail.
Thirty minutes before I go to bed, I take out my notebook and consider all my actions of the day. I purposefully think back to recapture and focus on my achievements, no matter how small.
I keep them bubbling in my mind, allowing them to gain momentum. I then mentally and deeply stroke these achievements to stimulate a greater winning feeling.
This sense of exaggerated stimulus propels and spurs me on to take the next few steps to accomplish more. It feeds and prompts me with encouragement and motivation.
The following day, I feel revamped and energised. Strong and capable.
Are you willing to develop and maintain a winning feeling by writing down your daily accomplishments, small or large, and replay them in your mind?
