Create New Habits
Habits have the potential to make you more successful or keep you where you are.
The tendency to routinely repeat the same pattern over and over can either be your fantastic friend or your ruthless enemy.
Most people’s lives are dominated by their habits; were they perform things in a certain way, perhaps even automatically.
“So it only makes sense for me to analyse my habits, so I may overcome the bad and promote the new and supportive ones,” said a client, an executive manager who has grown to understand the power behind habits.
Precisely. Exactly that.
“Spend a couple of weeks making notes of the habits you don’t like and want to change,” I illustrated as he took notes. “Then decide on one or two that you want to work on and create opposing habits that will be in line with your desires.
This way you strengthen your good habits and weaken the bad, resulting in new and powerful ones that will set you in motion to improve on yourself.”
