Step Up To That Champion Feeling
During one of my phone sessions, I explained to a client that for her to achieve more of the things she wants in life, she should adopt the attitude of a winner, a champion.
Then I asked her how she could implement that winning attitude; how she might think regularly as a winner.
After a few silent minutes, she came up with the idea of setting small and achievable daily goals. And as the winning feeling increases, as the days and weeks go by, she can then set bigger goals.
She will have gained more belief and confidence in herself to step up and decide on an array of challenging goals.
In a short while, she will behave and act as a true champion. She will have stepped up to that champion way of living.
