What Is Your Definition of Self-Confidence?

Here is something I want you to try. I believe by doing this you can find out and learn what self-confidence means to you, and how you can make it work to your advantage.

Take out your success notebook and reminisce over your most recent successes. Seize and hold onto any encouraging feelings that arise. Amplify these confident sensations and intensify them as much as you possibly can. Take your time.

At the height of these emotions, when you feel your real strength and what you are truly capable of doing, lies your self-confidence and what it means to you.

With the heightened feelings at the forefront, quickly write down your personal definition of self-confidence. When done, repeat, “Yes, that’s me!” three or more times.

Now, how powerful was that?!

When you do not feel as confident as you would like to be, remind yourself what self-confidence means to you, and feel it from within. Allow the strength of your definition to circulate in your mind and body. And repeat, “Yes, that’s me!” Then go ahead and feel the difference. Feel confident.
