The Habit of Four Goals A Year

Could you imagine what your life would be like if you were to accomplish four goals a year? One goal for every three months?

They could be four smaller steps to a long-term major goal, or they could four short-term goals. Either way, wouldn’t it be amazing to achieve that?

What an incredible change that would bring in your life!

Four goals a year lead to twenty goals in five years. Just think how many new positive and empowering habits you can have in just a short time. You could be more confident, better at a particular sport or even improve on your hobby.

One of my clients had made it her first quarter goal a few years back to change her habit of being late for appointments. At our session at the beginning of April that same year, she had achieved that goal. Arriving late for appointments had been replaced with the habit of arriving ten minutes prior. Well relaxed and raring to go!
