I wanted to share with you some feedback I got from a client just the other
day, which personally, I found very inspiring.
“Talking things through with you and bouncing different ideas with someone
outside my usual remit has given me an increased sense of direction. I
find that it gives me a mental boost and helps me to check where I’m at.
I’ve found that this has made me more aware of some things that perhaps
I’d never thought of before.”
The mere act of talking to someone can often help to develop ideas and
formulate solutions; this in turn creates a sense of commitment to action,
to make things happen. It is similar to the process of setting goals and
being committed to achieving them.
In my opinion, that’s a very large part of the value of the coaching process.
