Bickering in the ‘Labour Family’ - Blair and Gordon do it again!

Following on from my blog yesterday on Gordon Brown and the impression he’s left on the public, the ‘Labour Family’ issues extend into familial bickering.

What goes on behind the scenes in organisations from the Labour party to the business you work in can sometimes be far more detrimental than you can imagine.

Executive coaching specifically addresses this part of the human being.

As talented as you and the other executives and employees may be at your appointed roles in the business, it’s the underlying human aspect of us beings that can cause distress, damage and despair to the working environment and the organisation.

More often than not, top talented people display childish behaviourisms and responses to situations which could easily be modified often by having somewhere to voice undealt with issues and unsupported needs.
